A little more about me: 

Hello! My name is Kristin Hanes and I'm a journalist turned blogger over at The Wayward Home, where I write all about van life, RVing, sailboats and tiny homes.  

I also live on a sailboat and in a Chevy Astro van, and spend most of my time traveling.  

I've gone from afraid of parking overnight to acquiring a lot of special spots where we like to stay, whether that's on public lands, private property or even in campgrounds.
